An industrial water storage system is only as reliable as its weakest vessel. GRP – glass reinforced plastic – removes the classic failure point of water infrastructure: corrosion. The tank wall is wound from continuous glass fibres saturated with thermoset resin, forming a single bonded composite with a smooth internal liner. There is no steel to rust, no concrete to crack and leach, and no coating to renew.

Because the winding is computer controlled, every tank in a series is built to the same fibre tension and resin content – not to the mood of the workshop. That consistency is what lets the tank carry a design life of more than 25 years with nothing more than routine visual inspection.
