Fire protection water storage tanks are the foundation of a reliable fire suppression system. This tank is engineered as a dedicated reservoir for automatic sprinkler networks, hydrant systems and fire pump suction, holding the full reserve volume required by the fire design so the system can deliver its rated flow the moment it is called on.

The panels are compression moulded from SMC (sheet moulding compound), a composite of glass fibre and thermoset resin, then bolted together on site with hot-dip galvanized fasteners and EPDM seals. Unlike welded steel, the panel surface does not rust, so the fire reserve is never contaminated by corrosion products and the tank needs no internal coating, painting or cathodic protection. Inspection and maintenance work therefore stays close to zero over a service life of more than 25 years.
