Custom fiberglass tanks are built to your process, not picked from a list. Diameter, height, resin system, liner, nozzles, bottoms, second containment – each parameter follows the medium, the site and the installation, and the filament winding line executes exactly that build.

As the factory behind the tank, we take your medium data and site conditions and return engineering drawings, then wind the tank to them. One-off specials, small batches and repeat builds to a frozen design are all normal business here.

Most tank projects start with a compromise: the catalogue size is close, but the nozzles are in the wrong place, the resin is more than the medium needs or less than the engineer wants, and the bottom does not suit the drain. A custom fiberglass tank removes the compromise. The tank is engineered around the medium and the site first, and the manufacturing plan follows the drawing – not the other way round.

Working directly with the factory shortens the loop. Send the chemical or water data, the capacity, the space envelope and the nozzle list; receive a proposal with general arrangement drawings; confirm; and the winding schedule is generated from the same data. Changes during engineering cost a conversation, not a retooling.

Q1: What do you need to quote a custom tank?
A: The stored medium with concentration and temperature, capacity, orientation preference, site location for wind and seismic data, and the nozzle schedule if you have one. A sketch is enough to start.

Q2: How fast can a custom tank be delivered?
A: Typical lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from drawing approval, depending on diameter and tooling. Repeat orders of an existing design are faster.

Q3: Can you match an existing tank we already have?
A: Yes. Send the dimensions and nozzle positions, or the old drawing, and we rebuild the tank to the same interface so it drops onto the existing foundation and pipework.

Q4: Is there a minimum order for custom work?
A: No. Single one-off tanks are normal production here. Quantity only improves the unit price.

Q5: Do you supply drawings for our approval before production?
A: Always. A general arrangement drawing is issued for your approval, and production starts only after your sign-off.
