1、 Product Introduction:
Fiberglass pressure drums are made of composite materials wrapped with epoxy and fiberglass, and have integral thermoplastic inner liners (including blow molding and rotational molding). Compared with steel containers of the same specifications, they have the advantages of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and long service life. Mainly used for soft water treatment in water treatment, it serves as a water container. By displacement reaction, the concentration of calcium and magnesium in water is reduced, making it less likely for carbonate scale to form in water and forming soft water.
2、 Corrosion resistance:
1. Pressure vessels are made of high-performance composite materials and fiberglass.
2. All pressure vessels are 100% corrosion-resistant.
3. There are various materials and integral molded thermoplastic inner liners, such as polyethylene, high-strength polypropylene, etc.
4. Depending on the diameter of the container, there are different inner liner thicknesses ranging from 3.8mm (0.150 inches) to 7.6mm (0.300 inches).
3、 Size and characteristics:
1. We can provide pressure vessels of different sizes, with a much wider range of choices than other similar products.
2. The maximum diameter of the tank is 36 inches and the height is 72 inches.
3. The opening form is always an upper opening, and buckets ranging from 18 “to 36” can have upper and lower openings.
4、 Construction performance
1. Compared to steel containers of the same specifications, it has the same strength but weighs only one-third of a steel container.
2. Various rigorous performance tests have shown that the performance of composite materials far exceeds that of steel materials.
3. The standard operating pressure is 10.5kgf/cm2 (150psi); The standard operating temperature is 65 ℃ (150 ℉).
