① Molded FRP Grating
Mesh size: 25×25mm / 38×38mm / 50×50mm
Thickness (depth): 25mm / 30mm / 38mm
Feature: Uniform bidirectional bearing, good anti-slip & impact resistance, excellent drainage
Application: Trench cover, light walkway, car wash floor, chemical plant foot passage

② Pultruded FRP Grating
Standard depth: 38mm / 50mm / 75mm heavy duty
Feature: High longitudinal load capacity, heavy load, long span support
Application: Chemical heavy-duty platform, offshore catwalk, equipment operation deck

2. Raw Material Resin Options
General Polyester Resin: For normal water, mild sewage, non-corrosive environment
Vinyl Ester Resin: Chemical plant preferred, strong resistance to acid, alkali, solvent, salt water
Phenolic Resin: Fire retardant, high temperature resistant for chemical & power industry
3. Surface Treatment
Gritted anti-slip surface (most popular for factory walkway)
Concave smooth surface (easy to clean)
Solid top closed surface (anti-leakage for chemical liquid spill)
4. Standard Panel Sizes
Metric: 1000×2000mm, 1220×2440mm, 1220×3660mm
Imperial: 4ft×8ft, 4ft×12ft
Custom cut-to-size: Any length & width as project drawing
5. Main Performance Parameters
Corrosion resistance: Immune to acid, alkali, salt, chemical solution, no rust forever
Density: 1.6~1.9 g/cm³, only 1/4 weight of steel
Electrical property: Non-conductive, safe for power & electrolysis workshops
Fire rating: Self-extinguishing, flame retardant optional
Open area: 60%~75%, fast liquid drainage
Service life: ≥25 years, no frequent painting & anti-rust maintenance
